Properus (“we,” “us”) is building in-home movement and health technology. This policy explains what limited information we collect through this website and how we handle it. We keep it deliberately short because, right now, this site does very little with your data.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect on this site is an email address, and only if you choose to enter it in our waitlist form. The form also lets you say who the sign-up is for (yourself, a family member or a care facility), which is optional. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not require you to create an account.

Why we collect it

We use your email address for one purpose: to tell you when Properus is ready, and to share occasional updates about our progress. If you tell us who the sign-up is for, we use that only to understand who Properus can help most. That’s it.

How it’s handled

Information submitted through the form is processed by our form and email service providers on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that help us operate the waitlist and send updates.

AI and automated processing

Properus builds artificial-intelligence and machine-learning technology, and AI is at the core of the product we’re developing. On this website, however, we do not use AI to analyze or make decisions about you: the information you submit is used only to contact you, as described above, and nothing you enter here is fed into an AI model.

Descriptions of our technology on this site are general information about what Properus is being built to do; they are not an AI-generated evaluation of you or anyone else. As our product develops and begins processing movement or health data through AI, we will update this policy and obtain the appropriate consent before any such processing begins.

The animations, charts, and visualizations on this site are illustrative concepts meant to convey what Properus is building. They are not output from our product, do not depict a real person’s data, and are not representative of the finished product’s actual appearance or performance.

This website itself was built with the help of AI tools, which assisted in generating its design, copy, and code. This does not change how your information is collected or handled, all of which is described above.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold for you at any time, and every update we send will include an unsubscribe link. To make a request, email lyle@properus.ai.

Data retention

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose above.

Changes

As Properus grows and the product takes shape, this policy will expand to reflect any new data we collect. We’ll update the effective date above when it changes.
